Shipping and returns

Delivery times/Shipping

In most cases we ship your order on working days within 24 hours of payment, provided the product is in stock. Unfortunately, we do not always succeed in this. 

Shipping may be delayed around the holidays, during extreme crowds or due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note: shipments are only sent and delivered on weekdays. 

The delivery time is usually 2-4 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a Track & Trace code, with which you can track the shipment. 

You can find the exact delivery date via this link once it has been scheduled by the courier. Deliveries are made via DPD or Bpost.

 Free shipping on parcel shipments from €200.00. 

For orders of €200.00 excl. VAT or more, you will not pay any shipping costs. 

We only deliver in Europe. If you provide a delivery address in another country, we may refuse your order.



You may return items to us within 14 days of receiving them. 

We will bear the costs for returning the product, so there are no costs involved for you. If your ordered item shows production errors, or if the wrong colors and sizes were delivered to you, please send us a return request in advance, attaching the return form and some photos to substantiate the problem.

As soon as we have received the return request by email or return form, you will receive return instructions with documents by email within 12-48 hours. 

The returns form must be included in each return package so that we can link the shipment to you. If you would like to exchange an item for another item, please let us know by telephone or email. 

See our contact page for this. Please include a copy of the delivery note/invoice with the return shipment and mark the returned items. 

Unfortunately, your return cannot be processed without one of these documents! Do not add new orders to the return shipment.

Return conditions 

The items you return must be unused; Of course you can try and/or try on items as you would in a store. 

If you have used items more or for a longer period of time, we can hold you liable for the resulting loss of value. We request that you return the items to us preferably in the original packaging and enclose the return slip.
