Cookie policy

This document informs Users of the technologies that allow this Application to achieve the purposes described below. These technologies allow the Owner to access and store information over time (e.g. by using a Cookie) or use tools (e.g. by running a script) on a User's device during the interaction with this Application.

For simplicity, all these technologies are referred to in this document as "Trackers" - unless there is a reason to distinguish.

For example, although Cookies can be used on both web and mobile browsers, it would be inaccurate to talk about Cookies in the context of mobile apps because cookies are browser-based trackers. Therefore, in this document the term Cookies is only used to indicate that specific type of Tracker.

Certain purposes for which Trackers are installed also require the User's consent. Once consent has been given, it can always be freely withdrawn according to the instructions in this document.

This Application only uses Trackers managed directly by the Owner (so-called proprietary Trackers).

The validity periods and expiry periods of proprietary Cookies and other similar Trackers may vary depending on the lifetime set by the Owner. Some of these expire upon termination of the User's browsing session.

Activities that are strictly necessary for the functioning of this Application and the provision of the Service

This Application uses so-called technical Cookies and other similar Trackers to perform activities that are strictly necessary for the operation or delivery of the Service.

Manage preferences and grant or revoke consent

There are several ways to manage preferences regarding Trackers and, where applicable, grant or withdraw consent:

Users can manage preferences regarding Trackers directly from their own device settings, for example by preventing Trackers from being saved.

In addition, where the use of Trackers is based on consent, Users can give or withdraw consent by setting their preferences in the cookie notice or by updating these preferences via the relevant consent preference privacy widget, if available.

It is also possible to delete previously stored Trackers through targeted browser or device functions, including Trackers used to store the User's initial consent preferences.

Other Trackers in the browser's local memory can be cleared by deleting browsing history.

Find tracker settings

For example, users can find information on how to manage Cookies in the most commonly used browsers at the following addresses:

Google Chrome

Mozilla Firefox

AppleSafari

Microsoft Internet Explorer

Microsoft Edge

Brave

Opera

Users can also manage certain categories of Trackers used in mobile apps by opting out ("opt-out") through the appropriate device settings, such as the device's advertising settings for mobile devices or tracking settings in general (Users can open the device settings and search for the appropriate setting).

Consequences of refusing to use Trackers

Users are free to decide whether or not to consent to the use of Trackers. However, please note that Trackers help this Application to provide Users with a better experience and advanced functionalities (in accordance with the purposes set out in this document). Therefore, if the User chooses to block the use of Trackers, the Owner may not be able to provide related features.
