This concerns the information that you provide to us and that we need to carry out the purchase for which you rely on us, such as your name, address, e-mail address and professional information, such as company name and VAT number.
We process financial data in the context of accounting. How do we collect data? We collect your data when you complete (paper or electronic) forms.
Sometimes this happens through a conversation, telephone contact or email exchange.
With direct marketing it also happens that we obtain your data from third parties.
We will then inform you where we obtained your data. When you visit our website, we use cookies.

What are the bases for our processing of data?
In principle, we collect and process your data on the basis of the contractual relationship that we have with you as a result of your order and the contract that we conclude with you.
This is also the basis for processing data about suppliers and for "accounting" processing.
Where the processing is not necessary for the performance of the contractual relationship, such as direct marketing and communications/public relations, it is based on our legitimate interests as a company, in particular freedom of enterprise and information.
We always ensure that there is a balance between our interests and yours, for example by granting you a right to object.

Are the data communicated to third parties?
Your data is mainly processed internally in the context of customer management, supplier management, work planning, accounting and communication/public relations by the department/person responsible for these activities.
Sometimes we are obliged to provide information about you.
This is particularly the case when we are legally obliged to do so or when government authorities that have the right to do so request data from us.
In that case, we will check whether the conditions for requesting data have been met.
In principle, your data will not be passed on to third countries or international organizations.
This may possibly happen in the context of contracts for cloud services that we conclude.
Your data may then be stored on servers in third countries to which, in principle, only we have access.
In that case, we ensure that the provider of those services is located in a third country with an adequate level of protection or that an agreement is concluded with that provider to protect your rights.
